SVB Capital is the private equity arm of SVB Financial Group and is an integral part of the Group's strategy to create value within the venture capital and private equity communities. SVB Capital also establishes and strengthens strategic business relationships with the private equity community.
SVB Capital Partners, the unit's fund management group, invests in private equity funds as well as directly into portfolio companies on behalf of SVB Financial Group and its other investors. The SVB Capital family of funds exceeds $1 billion and includes fund of funds, co-investment funds, venture debt funds and special debt funds invested primarily on behalf of endowments and foundations.
Venture Exchange provides emerging companies with the information and access needed to raise funding from venture investors.
